The
SFEN serves as the social ministry arm of BCC with the
aim to promote and enrich the family life of households
in Sembawang. Before its official inception with the Registrar
of Societies on 5 April 2007, BCC had already been serving
the community since 2003 by holding a series of public
forums and storytelling sessions at the Sembawang Public
Library as well as offering English Tuition classes at
Evangel Student Care Centre.
